Standards for production and concept boards

Frame Format

16:9 aspect ratio. HD/4K delivery. Frame numbers sequential per scene.

Metadata Fields

All fields required for production boards. Optional for concept boards. Camera field uses standard shot-size notation (WS, MS, CU, ECU, etc.)

Notes

Action describes physical movement. Dialogue captures key lines only. SFX/Music notes the dominant audio element.
